How we do the design for frame?
A motorcycle frame is a non-standard structural component of a motorcycle linking various componentsof the vehicle systems and providing the vehicle rigidity and strength while running on various roadconditions. The key of designing the frame of a two-wheeler, two-seater motorcycle for anelectric mobility purpose, while considering strength, safety and optimum performance of the vehicle. It has been carried out with a two-step approach, The first step includes modelling of the frameas per structural and eraonomic considerations, the desian constraints governed by the front and rearsuspension, steering and transmission systems and assemblies as well as the determination of loads acting on the frame. The second step is the stress analysis using finite element analysis software.
